Welcome to Prokolpo Sathi. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms of service delivery for our digital tools and subscription upgrades.

1. Digital Fulfillment Model

Prokolpo Sathi offers web-based browser utilities and premium subscription plans (Pro Tier). No physical goods, CDs, or printed material will be shipped to your address. Therefore, there are no shipping charges, delivery times, or tracking logistics involved in utilizing our services.

2. Immediate Activation

Once you complete a successful card payment checkout, your premium account privileges are activated instantly. You will receive an immediate invoice or receipt via email confirming your upgrade, and your account limits will immediately update to Pro tier. You can verify this status in your personal profile dashboard.

3. Manual UPI / Bank Transfer Verification

If you choose the manual payment option (UPI scan / Bank transfer) at checkout, you will need to submit your 12-digit transaction reference number (UTR). Our administrative team manually verifies these submissions. Activation of manual requests typically takes 1 to 4 hours during regular working hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your transaction is approved.

4. Delivery Failures & Support

If your account status has not updated after a successful payment, or if you did not receive an upgrade email, please contact our support desk immediately at prokolposathi@techsupportportal.com. We will investigate the transaction and manually adjust your tier profile within 24 hours.
